This client had contacted us because in his word the property “ought to be landscaped”. The U shape bungalow has outstanding vistas of the Hastings countryside. The U shaped courtyard was completely barren of planting, walkways, or landscaping. A wrap around deck and peaceful tea house surrounded by native tree and shrubs were designed and installed. This has provided views from all windows and passive exercise opportunities for this elderly client.
